Lady of the Herbs is a division of Gaia's Breowan, Inc. 

In the mid '60, while carrying my eldest son, I had toxemia so bad, it became difficult to walk.  My doctor took me off salt, and I began to experiment with herbs and spices. 

That "accident" of nature lead to my life long love of herbs and other natural products.  I began to read up on different items we cook with every day.  Thyme, Rosemary, Allspice, etc., the more I read, the more I tried different herbs.

Our first "real" success was our Throat Blend Herbal Tea.  Today, 40 years later, it is still used by family and friends during the winter.  It was also the beginning of our business.

Our name Gaia's Breowan, is a result of my love of reading.  Gaia in ancient Greece was the earth, breowan in old English means brew.  Are not teas brews from the Earth?

Over the years, we have expanded our line of products, changed our name from Naturally by Gaia's to Lady of the Herbs, but our primary goal is still the same.

deserves and looks for.  We offer exceptional items at everyday low wholesale prices.

You may feel that you can get it cheaper at your local discount store, but is it organic or natural?  Do the synthetic ingredients out number the organic ones?

Our prices may be slightly higher, but, the majority of our bath, skin care and facial products are hand crafted using organic based formulas to insure you receive the best product available.  The notable exceptions are our Bubble Baths, Body Washes and our decorative soaps.  

We do not mass produce our products.  To insure you receive the best possible product, we do not produce an item until we receive an order.
