BREATH
FRESHENERS
Chew any of the
following to sweeten your breath

Fresh parsley |

Fennel seeds |

anise seeds |
Chew a few peppermint or spearmint leaves or drink a cup of peppermint tea
add 1 drop of myrrh oil to 1 cup of cooled, boiled water. Use a gargle/mouth
wash
Drink a cup of Peppermint Tea. This is a gentle sweetener for your breath
For Sores or gum problems
brush your teeth with a 50-50 blend of baking soda
and salt.

DRY
THROAT & COUGH SYRUP
Juice of 1 Lemon 3 tablespoons (44ml) of glycerine
1/2 cup (118ml) honey 1/4 cup (59ml) water.
Combine ingredients and heat sufficiently to mix together well. Stir and bottle.
If it becomes to cold to pour easily, it can be reheated before using. Shelf life is 1 to 2 months.
The lemon juice provides vitamin C to help fight viruses. The honey and glycerine soothe, coat and protect the throat
and the water provides the correct dilution for the lemon juice.
