SHIPPING & RETURNS

When we use USPS First Class, items over
14 ounces roll over to the Priority 2nd Day
Rate.
United Parcel Service (UPS) ... When
we use UPS, you will be charged shipping
fees according to the weight of your package
and its destination.
When will I receive my order? ...
You will usually receive your order within
10-14 days. If you do not receive a tracking
number within 7 days or ordering, please
contact our
Order Department. We will
respond promptly.
At all times, we
will work to get you the best shipping rate
and the most reliable shipping method
possible.
Refunds
A return authorization will
be emailed to you and must be returned with
shipment. A full refund of the original
purchase price, minus the shipping charge
and 10% restocking fee, will be sent to you
once the product is received in our office.

with your order, we must be notified within

Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your
order, this must be done within the same
business day that the order was placed. All
orders are usually processed and shipped
within 48 to 72 hours, and once your order
has been processed, there will not be a
cancellation service available. |

Do you offer
samples? In order to maintain low
minimums and reduced prices for all our
customers, we do not honor free sample. We
do offer samples for a minimum charge.
